Need a litle help here

Well I have an issue that maybe you all could help me out with. I'm going to be buying myself a domain name for this site sometime the near future but MT insider dot com is already taken so I need to come up with something different.

Can you think of any site name that would be catchy, easy to remember and sound good for a medical transcription blog? All suggestions would be appreciated. I think that http://www.mtinsiderandothermedicalcrap.com/ is a little bit too long, wouldn't you agree? H-E-L-P!!!
